Remember that what we see in others that brings up uncomfortable feelings in us is always a reflection of our own interior feeling situation. What we see in them is a very accurate mirror of our own internal beliefs and feelings. In other words we are seeing ourselves in them.
When we notice and inquire into the ideas and beliefs in our own minds that we are judging in the other, the external situation resolves without us having to DO much, if anything, at all! Like magic … the answer to any life dilemma can be found through our own mental adjustment. This is the way of it.
Make it your daily practice to ask, “What is this person or situation reflecting to me about me?” “Where is that in me?” Find the correlating stressful belief and question it. This is the path to freedom.
