The Reality Formula® is both the understanding of how victim consciousness works, AND the antidote for it.
We think a thought. We believe it. We feel (the feelings that go with ) it. We act (as if) it (is true). We (act in ways that invite others to help us) prove it.
Said simply, (one more time for the sake of repetition … )
WE THINK IT. WE BELIEVE IT. WE FEEL IT. WE ACT IT. WE PROVE IT TO OURSELVES AND OTHERS.
The Reality Formula® is a formula that describes what all minds do. It is the human way. The Reality Formula® describes a process for awakening from victim consciousness through Observer consciousness, which is the built-in ability that we humans have that allows us to witness our own thought life and make different choices. However, in many, if not most humans, it is a function that lies dormant within us, shriveled from lack of intentional use.
Nonetheless, we unconsciously apply the 10 universal laws described in the Reality Formula® every day of our lives. We blindly believe what we think, creating for ourselves a scary reality that we then blame on others or the world outside of us. We know no other way. Few of us have ever even considered that we don’t have to believe what we think. Instead we feel at the mercy of our own thinking as we go on blindly believing the same old unhappy thoughts, generating the same old miserable feelings and reacting in the same old non-productive ways. In other words, we create a neural pathway of misery, which then becomes our default reaction in life.
We are the ones who create the world we experience by reacting out of our own terrifying beliefs about ourselves and the world. If we believe we are worthless, we feel worthless, we act (treat ourselves) as if we are worthless, which invites others to treat us accordingly, and proves to us that we are, indeed, worthless.
The Reality Formula® takes the mind’s own way of functioning, and teaches us how to redirect our thoughts and align with Universal guiding principles for Reality that bring about a state of peace we never imagined was possible for us.
