Tools For Consciously Constructing Our Reality

April 14, 2022 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Tool Number 1: The Victim Triangle

Two-Hour Deep Dive into this important tool for Conscious Reality Construction!

The 3 Defense Strategies of the Victim Triangle
Transcending Victim Consciousness – A Workshop in Empowerment

Victim Consciousness is the most common state of human consciousness today. As soon as we believe that we are at the mercy of outside circumstances over which we have no control, we activate the victim's playing field. Known as the Victim Triangle, once we are there, we move through the three defense strategies repetitively. Learning to recognize when we are on the victim triangle is the first step to transcending victim consciousness towards finding inner peace.

During this two-hour class with Lynne Forrest as your guide, you will learn to recognize when you (and others) are in victim and gain tools for moving beyond victim consciousness to co-creative awareness.

During this class you will:

Discover the victim triangle

Recognize its purpose in the self-actualization process

Learn to apply the Reality Formula to gain higher perspective

Become familiar with the 3 defense strategies on victim triangle

Experience a paradigm shift in the way you see the world

Q & A

Does everyone experience victim consciousness?
Yes. All humans are set up to experience themselves as being at the mercy of life, and to look for a problem and assign blame. This is the definition of victim consciousness.

Is victim consciousness the same thing as being victimized?
No. We may be victims of circumstances, tragic events, disease, attack, but how we perceive what happens to us is what determines whether we go into victim consciousness, or not.

What is the Reality Formula?
This formula describes the way all minds think. It says, when we believe an unhappy thought, we automatically feel and react as if what we believe is true, which prompts us to interact in ways that prove to us that what we believe is true.

What is the antidote to victim consciousness?
A higher form of consciousness known as observer consciousness allows us to consciously choose to see our life circumstances in a way that leaves us feeling free, empowered, and at peace with ourselves and the world around us.

About Lynne:

Lynne has been working with individuals and groups professionally since 1973. Starting as a “Personal Growth Counselor” with a Chattanooga, TN.
Much of her work in the early days revolved around addiction, co-dependency issues and “family-of-origin” cultural dynamics. Through face-to-face interaction with hundreds of clients, applying principles and teachings from Carl Jung, Fritz Perl's Gestalt Therapy, and Eric Berne’s Transactional Analysis, as well as the universal laws of manifestation, body-oriented practices (such as yoga, myofascial unwinding, and qigong) she has continued to develop and expand her simple, straight forward, and practical approach to awakening, and living a happier, more fulfilling life.

Lynne is an excellent teacher, and dynamic speaker, who shares clearly and compellingly on the subject of transcending victim consciousness.
