We are taught to look at relationship as an external circumstance, something to be acquired, and then kept neat and tidy. We lose ourselves in favor of keeping our relationships afloat.

But relationship is a much more complex than that. It requires constant nurturing, support, and tools. We often forget that a healthy relationship to another starts with a healthy relationship with ourselves.
